Location : Carlisle, PA

Shifts & Pay : 1st Shift $17.30 / hr | 2nd Shift $19.25 / hr

Schedule : 4 days / week, 10-hour shifts

Join a leading logistics and distribution facility in Carlisle! We're looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to help keep operations running smoothly. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, weekly incentives, and room to grow.

What You'll Do

• Pick, pack, and move materials according to customer orders and instructions
• Read and interpret work orders, shipping documents, or requisitions
• Move items from racks, bins, or shelves based on product codes and types
• Scan and track inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management System)
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and light facility maintenance
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
