Job Summary :

• Responsible for designing, developing, and testing polymer coating formulations and compounds.
• This role involves creating, improving, or customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes, and analytical methods.
• The position focuses on optimizing processes to achieve desired product quality and performance.
• Ensures laboratory safety procedures comply with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and recommends improvements as needed.
• Demonstrates a strong commitment to personal and team safety. Provides support to operations by troubleshooting production issues.
• This is a "hands-on" position with a significant amount of time spend in the large scale pilot plant and production plant.
