Job Description
The Social Content Creator will create original, engaging, high‑quality social media content that elevates the Raising Cane’s brand. Collaborating with an in‑house team and external partners, the Social Content Creator turns ideas into videos, images, infographics, and text captions that are attention‑grabbing, fresh, and align with our brand voice.
- Researches and identifies insights, trends, and opportunities to elevate social content
- Contributes to monthly content calendars across all brand channels, including brand, owner, and mascot
- Creates videos, images, and text captions suitable for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
- Contributes to the creative ideation, content capture, and editing of brand activations to keep the brand at the forefront of pop culture
- Develops and creates big ideas to create viral moments
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a social content roleHands‑on experience from concepting to production, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the executionCompelling online portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, conceptual thinking, and superb design executionA deep understanding of social platforms and their creative formatsExperience taking a moment in culture and reacting quickly to create a social activationExtreme attention to detail, understanding of design principles, and the creative processHighly collaborative with the ability to respond professionally to creative direction and constructive feedbackExpert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro)Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf‑driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skillsAble to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaborativelyA degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is requiredAble to work full‑time at the Restaurant Support Office in Plano, TX and travel 30‑70% as neededAdditional Information
