Position Description

Work Dates Needed : Immediate, Ongoing Coverage

Preferred Schedule : Monday through Friday F 8am to 5pm, rotating Saturday every 7 weeks 8am to 12pm

Worksite Setting : Outpatient, FQHC

Scope of Work : Infectious Disease Physician, evening may be required, telephone calls may be required, 18 to 21 patients per day

Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : Active CA licenses, BC or BE in Infectious Disease, Current DEA registration (all schedules) and a minimum of a BLS certificate,
