Internal Sales Associate, Derm Team

Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Internal Sales Associate, Derm Team, working from our Friendswood, TX office location, with a start date before December 1, 2025.

A typical day in this role involves consistent communication with nine designated Area Managers, strategic outreach to prospective and existing customers through cold calls and emails, maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and assisting with the coordination of dinner programs by distributing invitations and tracking responses. You will spend the most time strategically targeting accounts within assigned territories by reaching out to physicians and their offices to schedule meetings on behalf of the Area Managers. In addition, you will support effective territory management by collaborating closely with field sales representatives and ensuring all interactions and updates are accurately documented in the CRM system.

Requirements :

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team players with a positive attitude, who can also work independently.
• Strong time management skills, being able to prioritize and divide time among several tasks.

Schedule : M - F in office (8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm)
