We are seeking a highly organized and passionate Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of various events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets our client's expectations. Your role will require excellent communication skills, as you will liaise with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the entire event process.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate events from inception to completion, ensuring all details are addressed.
- Manage event budgets, providing regular updates and reconciliations as needed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and expectations.
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and transportation.
- Manage event registration and attendee communications before, during, and after events.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality services are delivered.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably for diverse events.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work well with different stakeholders.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.Benefits
