We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to implement the Laser Isotope Separation Technologies quality assurance program as we develop production scale enrichment processes based on our patented Laser Isotope Separation Technology process. The process has many advantages, being the only USA-origin and patented laser uranium enrichment company, and several major advantages over traditional methods such as gas diffusion, and centrifuges. The position reports to the President and will be based in our Oak Ridge, Tennessee office. You'll work independently applying your knowledge to projects and processes. Responsibilities :

• Quality oversight to ensure work is performed in strict accordance with requirements of the quality assurance program and supporting procedures, work-instructions, and forms.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health program requirements.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement quality improvements and perform causal analysis investigations on project-related issues.
• Assists technical staff with the creation of quality plans and acceptance criteria lists, and selection of hold points on vendors' manufacturing inspection plans.
• Quality oversight to support supplier qualification and verification activities to ensure work is performed in strict accordance with requirements.
• Maintain the List of Approved / Qualified Suppliers.
• Promote Continuous Improvement and the timely reporting of all conditions that affect Quality.
• Lead and mentor personnel to ensure the correct behaviors are developed and reinforced.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
