Inpatient Adult or Adolescent Psychiatrist in Scottsdale, AZ

Are you a passionate Inpatient Psychiatrist seeking a fulfilling opportunity? Via Linda Behavioral Hospital , nestled in beautiful Scottsdale, AZ , is actively recruiting a full-time physician to join our dynamic team.

We are a 120-bed facility, providing comprehensive mental health services for adults and adolescents in both Inpatient and Outpatient settings. Specializing in treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co-occurring addictions, we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

This position qualifies for education loan repayment up to $125,000 over four years via Arizona BHLRP program .

Position Details

Full-Time Role : Choose between an Employed W-2 or Independent Contractor / 1099 position.

Job Title : Adult or Adolescent Psychiatrist.

Setting : Primarily Inpatient; Outpatient program development opportunity available if interested.

Consistent Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, day shift.

Minimal Call / Weekends : Once monthly weekend rounding and one evening call per week.

What You'll Do : Complete admissions, discharges, daily patient care follow ups, and treatment team leadership.

Caseload : Inpatient caseload average of 13-15 patients per day.

Compensation and Benefits

Qualifications

Education : MD / DO degree from an accredited and recognized institution.

Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible General Psychiatry required.

Licensure : Current Arizona medical license, in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure.

Experience : Inpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
