Collection Operations Manager

Bluehawk is seeking a senior level Collection Operations Manager who shall perform work at designated government-owned facilities at USINDOPACOM HQ Camp H.M. Smith; USINDOPACOM JIOC, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, HI; and other military locations on the island of Oahu, HI. Locations also may include OCONUS & CONUS U.S. Government Controlled Facilities within the USINDOPACOM's Area of Responsibility (AOR) or their Joint Detachment (JDET) Offices in Denver, CO; Minneapolis, MN; or Ft. Worth, TX. Primary work location is Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, however government will determine based on mission requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure the proper coordination and de-confliction of complex operational activities with the appropriate Defense HUMINT Executor and DoD elements, external agencies, regionally supported Combatant Commanders and other national level intelligence or LE agencies as needed.
• Review source operational case history to assess and provide guidance for source management to collectors and operational managers. Ensure documentation of all operational activity is maintained and up to date.
• Maintain currency on HU MINT regulatory and policy guidance, validated collection and community requirements and priorities as established by national-level agencies and supported units and in accordance with the platform operating directives.
