Responsibilities :

Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Work one-on-one with children in a home-based setting to address behavioral goals and objectives

Collect and record data on client progress and behavior

Collaborate with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Communicate effectively with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and updates

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a related field or certificate in ABA or a related field

1 year of experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities

Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
