Job Summary (Dialysis RN) :
\n
\n- Provide inpatient dialysis care in a short-term acute care, Level I trauma teaching hospital.
\n- Work 3x12 hour day shifts (7AM-7PM), with on-call required 2 days per week and every other weekend.
\n- Deliver direct patient care, monitor, and assess patients undergoing dialysis.
\n- Utilize Aqua caddy RO and Fresenius T-Bluestar machines for dialysis treatments.
\n- Administer medications and follow all safety and quality standards (e.g., BCMA).
\n- Maintain documentation and charting using Cerner.
\n- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n- Follow facility protocols regarding guaranteed hours, RTO, and call-offs.
\n- Wear any color scrubs; parking is free.
\n- Must have active / unrestricted Arizona RN or compact license, BLS, ACLS.
\n- Require minimum 2 years of inpatient dialysis RN experience.
\n- First-time travelers accepted; locals may apply.
\n- No floating or blocked scheduling; unit manager approval required for time off.
\n- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient safety and care quality.
