A1 Body and Glass is currently interviewing individuals for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous months financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. A Collision General Manager will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with A1s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines / standards.

• Setting a clear vision and goals for the store to achieve targeted performance in all areas of the business
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and A1s best practice processes
• Attracting, developing and retaining the very best talent for the company
• Creating exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty
• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with all our partners
• Driving the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
