Job descriptionAt least 7–9 months of security experience, preferably in a corporate setting. State security license and 32‑hour BSIS security training (additional training available during hiring). Active driver’s license with clean driving record. Minimum age 21 and authorized to work in the U.S. High school diploma or GED. Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations. Strong problem‑solving skills and responsiveness. Preferred : Military, law enforcement, or prior security experience. Excellent communication skills. Successful completion of background check and drug screening. Site location : Mountain View, CA. Competitive hourly wage of $24.65 (DailyPay available). About the Role
GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Special Response / Flex Security Guard – Corporate Client based in Mountain View, CA. This role requires flexibility to work any day of the week and any shift, with no guaranteed schedule. The guard will perform patrols, customer service, surveillance, and emergency response as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises to ensure security.
- Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
- Control access points and verify identities.
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
- Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
- Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
- Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
