About the Role
As the Senior Director of Studio Performance and Operations , you will be at the forefront of Kalologie’s growth strategy—developing and implementing scalable, standardized systems to drive efficiency, consistency, and profitability across all medspa studios.
This role will take immediate ownership of :
Building and executing a comprehensive Operations Manual
- Implementing performance benchmarks and best practices
Driving significant membership growth
Key Responsibilities
Develop and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs)
