Responsibilities include investigating and documenting consumer complaints, drafting and sending templated correspondence, and reviewing court records and incoming data. Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate, log, and respond to consumer complaints related to FCRA and bankruptcy risk issues
• Draft correspondence using pre-approved templates; enter client data, print, and mail letters within a 30-day response window
• Analyze and organize disputes and inquiries received through mail, email, and voicemail
• Review and log incoming data and ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Conduct legal data research, including reviewing court records
• Prepare and submit both internal and external reports
• Collaborate with internal departments and the compliance team to implement workflow improvements
• Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
