Human Resources Business Partner Legal NYC

This opportunity is with a law firm recognized for its expertise and reputation in delivering exceptional client services.

Job Description

Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

Provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and recruitment strategies.

Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Oversee performance management processes, offering coaching and feedback to managers and employees.

Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver training and development programs.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Human Resources Business Partner should have :

  • A strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and employment law.
  • Experience in the legal environment highly preferred, professional services experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset for addressing challenges.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools to manage data and processes efficiently.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
