Overview

Laboratory Healthcare IT Sales Executive at Siemens Healthineers. This role supports the commercialization of digital IT and informatics offerings, including the Atellica Solution, digital IT platforms, and workflow optimization tools within a regional sales team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the sales lead for the commercialization of the Siemens informatics portfolio.
• Drive discovery and alignment of customer needs to drive digital transformation; identify unmet needs and create a broader IT ecosystem during virtual or onsite engagements.
• Apply consultative sales strategies with value-based techniques to demonstrate ROI, operational efficiencies, and improved clinical, financial, and operational outcomes.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CIOs / CMIOs / CTOs at target healthcare provider organizations, including SVP / VP / Senior Directors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams to understand business needs, technical environments, and integration requirements.
• Lead development of detailed Statements of Work (SOWs) for digital integration initiatives by integrating outputs from technical support staff.
• Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations, uncovering pain points and aligning them with tailored digital solutions.
• Lead strategy sessions to define digital transformation goals and map scalable solutions to address unmet needs.
• Partner with Healthcare Consulting to identify optimization opportunities in lab workflows, staffing models, and data management strategies.
• Drive demand generation for current digital products and future innovations.
• Develop compelling solution proposals and contribute to bid responses and RFPs with input from sales and technical stakeholders.
• Present complex solutions clearly to IT, laboratory leadership, and health system executives.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure seamless post-sale execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, opportunity progress, and customer feedback using CRM tools.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range : Min $107,200 – Max $160,800. Other benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, paid time off, and paid parking / public transportation, subject to eligibility.
