About the role :
We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to join the Commercial function within Bondaval. You will be positioned at the heart of what we do as a business, having a front row seat to drive our commercial growth and securing new partnerships. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, make an impact and is ready to roll up the sleeves and get things done.
The role predominantly covers United States, whilst also supporting our growth in Canada.

Responsibilities :
Drive broker-driven sales efforts in North AmericaAim to build out a local team in the first 12 months of operationManage pricing discussions and deal negotiationsPerform research to identify potential new prospectsDevelop sales collateral and proposal materialsWork closely with our existing broker channel and develop new partnershipsBuild and maintain relationships with existing client base and grow existing accountsUpdate and maintain our CRM to efficiently manage deal flowIdentify market trends and provide internal feedback to assist with sales developmentYou might be a good fit if you have :
7+ years of trade credit insurance experiencePreferably a background in risk and commercial underwritingExisting trade credit broker networkExperience of structuring trade credit policies (Ground up, Named buyer, XoL)Experience in preparing pitches and / or commercial termsA relentless attention to detail and unwavering work ethicStrong organizational, analytical, and presentational skillsExperience of working closely with, CFOs, Treasurers and Credit ManagersNice to haves :
Existing broker or producer license in Property & Casualty in the US and / or CanadaLogistics :
