Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Residential Technician to join our overnight team. Whether you are an LNA, have a medical background, or are simply passionate about helping others—we want to hear from you. We’re happy to train the right candidate who shares our commitment to excellence and service.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and complete shift task lists with attention to detail

Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and accountability

Perform room and belongings searches, inventorying accurately

Support housekeeping to maintain clean, sanitary client environments

Provide clients access to meals, snacks, and hydration

Assist in obtaining and reporting vital signs

Monitor the safety and wellness of clients in the milieu

Communicate effectively with on-duty nursing staff

Document nutrition, hydration, and activities of daily living (ADL)

Maintain and manage medical supplies and equipment

Respond promptly to client needs and support their daily routines

✅ Qualifications

LNA license preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided)

CPR certification (or willingness to obtain through us)

Prior healthcare or recovery support experience a plus

Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must pass all pre-employment checks, including background screening, drug testing, and license verification
