We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Renovation Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision, and committed to maintaining a clean and organized worksite. If you have a passion for hands-on work and a strong work ethic, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

  • Complete daily and weekly renovation tasks with minimal supervision
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the end of each day
  • Perform a variety of renovation tasks, including but not limited to :
  • Proper use of a paint sprayer
  • Installing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring
  • Basic tile installation
  • Installing door knobs and cabinet pulls
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and project deadlines
  • Work Saturdays if the project falls behind schedule

    • Qualifications :

  • Basic understanding of general renovation techniques and procedures
  • Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal oversight
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual labor for extended periods
  • Possession of or willingness to acquire the following tools within 60 days of promotion :
  • Drill and drill bits
  • Hammer
  • Screwdrivers
  • Utility knife
  • Mud knife and mud tray
  • Tape measure
  • Level
  • Wire stripper
  • Basic electrical testing tools
  • Caulking gun
  • Paint brush and paint roller setup

    • Salary : $47.000 - $52.000 USD Per Year

    Bonus : Daily Bonus & Early Completion Bonus
