Litigation Associate

A highly respected Orange County-based boutique litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–7 years of experience to join its dynamic team. Known for its sophisticated practice in commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense, whistleblower claims, internal investigations, and appellate litigation, the firm represents both individuals and businesses in high-stakes matters across civil and criminal courts.

The firm’s 16-attorney team is supported by 10 staff members, including a COO and Office Manager who are also attorneys, underscoring the firm’s commitment to legal excellence at every level.

Key Responsibilities :

• Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and meet & confer letters.
• Participate in depositions and trial preparation; firm litigates 3–4 trials annually.
• Handle a diverse caseload spanning white collar defense, trade secret disputes, and complex civil litigation.
• Engage directly with partners and clients, taking ownership of substantive legal work.
