Pride Health is hiring a “Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II - Float” to support our client’s medical facility-based “ Hialeah, FL 33012”. This is a 4 -months assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Position Name : Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II - Float

Location : Hialeah, FL 33012

Pay rate : $20.27 -$22.63 / hr

Duration : 4-5 months with possible extension

Shift : Monday -Friday 6am-3pm, Every Saturday 6 : 30am-11am

Must have flexibility for availability between 6am-3pm, depending on location to be covered for the day

Job Description : Job Summary :

The Phlebotomy - Phlebotomist II – Float serves as the face of the company, interacting directly with patients for routine health visits and critical health decisions. This role involves :

• Drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing specimens for laboratory testing.
• Ensuring safety, accuracy, and professionalism in every patient interaction.
• Creating an atmosphere of trust and confidence by clearly explaining procedures.
• Following established procedures, confidentiality policies, and process excellence standards.
• Working at doctor’s offices, patient service centers, or other locations based on business needs.
