Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to advance your career in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities? This dynamic RN position offers a rewarding opportunity to lead and provide exceptional care in a supportive environment. Working 36 hours per week from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM over a ten-week rotation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents while honing your supervisory skills.

Required Skills:

• Valid RN license in good standing
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical knowledge in long-term care and skilled nursing
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience in LTC/SNF environments
• Experience with care planning and patient advocacy
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, with supervisory roles preferred

Other Requirements:

• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
• Ability to work overnight shifts as scheduled
• CPR and BLS certification required
