We are looking for a motivated and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights and recommendations that support the organization’s strategic goals and overall financial health. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to evaluate data to drive impactful decisions.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to support strategic decision-making and enhance company performance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and in compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with various departments to develop comprehensive financial models and detailed forecasts.
• Monitor and assess financial performance by analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and proposing actionable improvements.
• Assist in preparing budgets and perform variance analyses to compare actuals with forecasts.
• Evaluate financial risks and opportunities, and contribute to strategies that improve efficiency and mitigate potential risks.
• Perform detailed analyses of capital and operational expenditures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Contribute to special projects, ad hoc analyses, and the development of management reports as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the energy, oil & gas, or water management industry is highly desirable.
• At least one year of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
