Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse Case Manager, you will provide direct care to patients in their homes or care facilities.

Your role goes beyond offering medical assistance; it involves attentively listening to patients' needs and respecting their wishes.

Registered Nurse Case Manager Qualifications :

• Six (6) months minimum prior skilled nursing experience.
• An active, unencumbered state Registered Nurse license.
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• Interest and Ability in providing patient care in homes and facilities.
