Now Hiring : Production Associate – Kings Mountain, NC

Schedule :

Week 1 : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM

Week 2 : Monday – Wednesday, 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00AM

(12-hour shifts with rotating schedule)

Pay : Starting at $15.75 per hour

Job Overview :

We are seeking dependable Production Associates to join our team in Kings Mountain, NC. This role involves working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Operate and monitor production equipment

Maintain cleanliness and safety standards

Inspect and package products according to quality guidelines

Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements :

Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating weekly schedule

Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
