Fashion Wholesale Director — Full-Time Hybrid (Dallas, TX)
Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid : 3 days in showroom, 2 days remote)
Compensation : Base salary + uncapped commission on sales
Travel : Required travel to wholesale trade shows, including Atlanta Market (7x per year)
About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Fashion Wholesale Director to lead and grow the fashion side of our wholesale business. This is a full-time role for a driven, independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about fashion, sales, and relationship-building.
The ideal candidate is not only skilled at managing accounts and driving growth but is also deeply in love with our brand — someone whose personal style and aesthetic align naturally with our collections and who can represent our brand authentically across every channel and market interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth : Maintain and grow relationships with existing wholesale partners while prospecting and onboarding new accounts that align with our brand vision.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute strategies to achieve ambitious sales goals across the wholesale business.
- Trade Shows & Travel : Attend all required markets and events, including Atlanta Markets (~7x per year) and other key trade shows.
- Brand Representation : Act as the face of the brand to our wholesale partners — communicating brand story, styling vision, and seasonal direction with confidence and authenticity.
- Social Media & Marketing : Manage and grow the Wholesale Instagram account ; create and send email newsletters to market new collections and updates to wholesale accounts.
- Product & Merchandising : Maintain and update product listings, imagery, and descriptions on the wholesale website.
- Independent Execution : Operate with autonomy — managing time, goals, and creative initiatives to expand brand reach and sales volume.
Qualifications
Our preferred candidate has several years of wholesale and / or trade show experience with proven sales and account management success.Strong self-starter with exceptional organization, communication, and follow-up skills.Deep understanding of boutique and specialty retail, with a network of strong buyer relationships preferred.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive results independently.Proficiency in Shopify and Klaviyo preferredConfident and professional at trade shows, presentations, and client meetings.Personal style and aesthetic align closely with our brand and core values — you genuinely love and live the brand lifestyle.Willing and able to travel frequently for shows, events, or account visits.Why You'll Love This Role
