Job descriptionLoading and unloading equipment. Monitoring performance and adjusting settings as required to perform tasks correctly. Ensure the safe operation of machinery while adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Cleaning equipment after use and disposing of any collected scraps or waste. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and report any issues promptly. Completing minor repair work as needed. Proven experience as an Equipment Operator in a construction setting. Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred but not required. Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery safely and efficiently. Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Available to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime.
