Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in RPA architecture, bot development, and end-to-end automation lifecycle management, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify and document automation opportunities.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, bot development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure automation processes are secure, reliable, and compliant with company standards.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing bots and workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior RPA developers, providing code reviews and best practice guidance.
• Integrate RPA bots with other systems and technologies such as APIs, databases, and AI / ML services.
• Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of automation solutions.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical automation solutions.
• Detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.
