Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier & Eastham LLP is a rapidly growing defense law firm with offices in Houston, New Orleans, Dallas, Galveston, Chicago, and Boca Raton.

We are seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney (2–7 years of experience) to join our Houston, Texas office.

Responsibilities :

Handle litigation matters in construction defect and / or personal injury defense.

Take expert depositions, draft and argue motions, and prepare complex case evaluations.

Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills while effectively managing client relationships.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines with professionalism.

Work independently and collaboratively within a team, taking initiative and seeking growth opportunities.

Show a commitment to excellence, leadership, and continued professional development.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Texas.

2–7 years of relevant litigation experience.

Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.

First- or second-chair trial experience a plus.
