About The Position

Job Title : Level 3 RN - Endo / GI

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Endoscopy / Gastrointestinal

Duration : 17 weeks

Shift : Monday to Friday

Hours per Shift : 8 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of Endo / GI experience

License : NYS RN License required

Certifications : BLS Certification (AHA only) required

Must-Have :

• 2 years of Endo / GI experience
• Telemetry experience required

Description :

Answer patient questions and address their concerns.

Observe patient vital signs.

Sedate patients before procedures.

Recover patients after procedures.

Administer the necessary medication to patients.

Complete all necessary documentation including patient notes and discharge documents.

Prepare instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.

Clean and sterilize equipment before use.

Provide assistance to doctors throughout procedures.

Administer IV drips.
