Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while seeking solutions within compliance and legal requirements
Communicate with customers via multiple channels while navigating various systems and platforms
Receive and respond to inquiries related to insurance matters and document customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred : A valid Property & Casualty Producer / Agent License
Experience with Microsoft Office suite of tools preferred
