The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Business Partner, who will have responsibility for working with subject matter experts and Learning & Development professionals to help develop functional learning strategies, facilitate the maintenance of courses for the Information, Digital, Technology & Security (IDT&S) Function as well as project manage key learning and development programs, tools and resources. This role requires excellent communication, integration, collaboration, adaptability and project management skills, as well as experience working in IT, Digital, Technology and / or Security functions. This individual will act as a consultant, advisor and project manager on leadership, learning, training and development across the Enterprise IDT&S organization. They will need to support various global locations and modality integration, always tying back into business impact. Lastly, they are solution and deliverable driven while managing complex and high-touch business needs, with strong experience of engaging with C-Suite leadership. This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Everett, WA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; or Arlington, VA. A successful candidate will be expected to be on-site to support the execution of the Learning Organization's programs and initiatives where appropriate.
