Your role as a Dining Room Server

As a Full-time  server with Mondays - Fridays from 10 am - 6 pm shift  at the Ivy of McKinney, TX, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our residents during mealtimes. Your daily tasks will include taking orders, serving meals with a friendly demeanor, assisting with menu selections, and ensuring the dining area is clean and welcoming at all times. You will have the opportunity to interact with residents and build relationships while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. A friendly attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others are essential for success in this role.

What you need to be successful

• To excel as a Full-time Server   at The Ivy of McKinney, TX, candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team are essential for success in this position.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required. Applicants should also demonstrate attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to upholding our core values of empathy, excellence, and integrity in all interactions.
