Position Summary :

The MFG Design Engineer will be responsible for drawing, maintaining and updating extrusion drawings and other mechanical components in a manufacturing environment.

Additionally, you will assist working closely with engineers and customers to develop accurate technical drawings.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Create detailed 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings for extrusion shapes as per customer requirements.
• Create fabrication and / or assembly drawings for production components.
• Update and revise existing drawings to incorporate updates, changes and record the revisions.
• Use precise measuring tools to reverse-engineer or draw a part as needed.
• Ensure that the drawings comply with the industry standards and company guidelines.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of completed drawings and projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
