Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial production sector, is seeking a Welder I to join their team. As a Welder I, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Fabrication and Assembly Teams .
The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , mechanical aptitude , and team collaboration skills , which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Welder
Location : Worcester, MA
Pay Range : $23.00 / hour
What’s the Job?
- Perform hand and robotic welding on standard and custom assemblies
- Prep components by deburring, grinding, and fitting prior to welding
- Operate MIG, TIG, plasma, arc, and spot welders
- Grind and polish finished parts to meet quality standards
- Follow manufacturing instructions and maintain documentation
