Design Excellence :Master the field of foodservice kitchen design, understanding how various concepts, menus, and space influence design and functionality.Create detailed AutoCAD drawings, equipment schedules, and product recommendations based on customer specifications.Ensure designs comply with commercial building codes and standards.Customer Engagement :Engage in active sales discussions to define customer needs for foodservice establishments.Visit sites to gather field measurements, fostering strong customer relationships.Deliver detailed and competitive equipment price quotations using tools like AutoQuotes and manufacturers' quotations.Project Management :Oversee the placement of equipment at job sites, ensuring successful project completion.Coordinate with delivery teams to guarantee timely delivery and jobsite readiness.Facilitate post-sale documentation, including itemized invoices, warranties, and instruction manuals.Organizational Skills :Manage multiple projects and sales leads simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills.Lead project management initiatives to ensure all projects are completed successfully.What We’re Looking For :
