Psychologist – Correctional Facility

Location : Marquette, Michigan (On-site)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $60 / hour, paid weekly

Position Type : Full-Time

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our behavioral health team at a correctional facility in Marquette, MI. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful mental health services to an underserved population within a secure and professional clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations, assessments, and testing.
• Provide individual and group therapy to incarcerated individuals.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
• Respond to mental health crises and provide emergency interventions as needed.
