Base pay range : $125,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr

Location : U.S.-based opportunities (Hybrid & Remote options available)

What You Will Do

• Prepare and file employment-based visa petitions (nonimmigrant and immigrant), including H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, and adjustment of status applications.
• Develop tailored immigration strategies that align with business needs while ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Advise corporate clients on regulatory changes and their impact on employees and business operations.
• Leverage technology and automation to enhance efficiency and improve the client experience.
• Participate in client meetings, delivering strategic insights and showcasing the firm's commitment to excellence, empathy, and innovation.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster professional growth and uphold ethical legal practices.
