Pay Range : $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience

Scheudule : This is a seasonal role that can have scheduling flexibility, M-F 8 am - 4 : 30 pm or Tu-Th 8 am - 4 : 30 pm

What We're Looking For :

We're seeking a motivated, organized individual to join our team. Experience with ServiceTitan software is highly valued, and familiarity with the trades (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical) is a strong advantage.

Job Duties Include :

• Answering and routing incoming calls.
• Scheduling and coordinating service calls.
• Assisting the Service Dispatcher.
• Interacting with customers via phone, email, or in person to provide support and information.
• Maintaining customer accounts and records of interactions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
