Tax Manager

We are a local public accounting firm based in Louisville, KY, just outside of downtown near the Oxmoor Mall area. We have about 30 employees and growing. We offer all services : tax, accounting, audit, business consulting, and more to our clients. We work with a wide range of clients in the area, ranging from small to large in the southern Indiana / Northern Kentucky area.

We offer a very flexible schedule with a full suite of benefits. We pay 100% of the employees' insurance premiums, and have discounted rates for family plans. We offer PTO, summer Fridays, capped busy season hours, 401k w / match, and more.

What you Need

• 6+ Years in Public Accounting
• Active CPA or EA
• Expertise in Business and Individual Tax
• Privately Held Businesses
• HNWIs, Partnerships, s-corps, trust & estate, some c-corps
• Clients generating ($5 million - $200 million in annual revenue)
• Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams
