What You’ll Be Doing :

  • As a key member of our Customer Service team, you’ll be the go-to person for both customers and sales reps, helping to keep everything running smoothly.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Responding to customer inquiries and troubleshooting orders
  • Creating accurate and timely parts quotes
  • Supporting Inside and Outside Sales teams, plus Market Development Managers
  • Collaborating across departments to fulfill and revise orders
  • Managing phone and email queues with professionalism and care
  • Logging customer feedback and ensuring follow-through in our CRM system
  • This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where your ability to juggle multiple tasks and communicate clearly will be essential.

    What You Bring to the Table :

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (especially Outlook and Teams)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write clear, professional emails without relying on scripts
  • A proactive mindset—you think on your feet and take initiative
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Comfortable working under pressure and handling interruptions with grace
  • Confident communicating with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Tools You’ll Use :

  • CRM System : Navigate and update customer records, quotes, and orders
  • Microsoft Teams : Collaborate with teammates via chat, video, and screen sharing
  • Outlook : Your main hub for customer communication
  • This is a full-time, in-office position based in Omaha, NE . You’ll be part of a tight-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and a little bit of fun.
