Technical Service Specialist

A company is looking for a Technical Service Specialist - Cardiac Rhythm Management (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze data from Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices and provide quality analysis

Communicate results to facilities within a specified timeframe via phone and written communication

Provide technical support to customers and document customer contacts and complaints for tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree

Experience with reading and interpreting diagnostics of cardiac devices

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

Knowledge of FDA / GMP / MDR device regulations
