Job Summary and Qualifications

This role includes responsibilities of Case Management and Infection Prevention, with required travel for training to be discussed during the interview.

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8hr shifts, 36hrs a week.

The Infection Control Nurse is responsible for promoting patient-centered care by coordinating plans during the patient stay, managing lengths of stay, ensuring resource management, and developing safe discharge plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This nurse will facilitate transitions of care and coordinate activities to promote quality outcomes while optimizing care and resource use.
