Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in construction and engineering. The Program Development & Delivery Manager is responsible for monitoring and managing the Capital Improvement and Preservation Program and developing the Olympic Region's biennial Highway Construction Program (HCP), ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to scope. This leadership position requires a strong command of budget preparation, priority programming, performance measurement, project definition, design, construction, and transportation-related laws and regulations. A strong candidate will be able to oversee complex programs, make informed decisions with minimal prescribed guidance, manage changes to project scope and schedule, and lead teams to successfully deliver transportation projects. These projects support regional mobility, economic success, and WSDOT's mission of safe and reliable transportation systems.
