We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-time Program Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing essential administrative support to academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination of events and schedules. Responsibilities :
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean and faculty members.
- Organize and manage logistics for lecture series, luncheons, and other program events.
- Coordinate calendars and schedules for the Associate Dean and various committees.
- Arrange meeting spaces, travel accommodations, and catering services as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives related to academic programs.
- Maintain and update spreadsheets to track program data and schedules.
- Perform additional administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the department.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
- Experience working in higher education is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is essential.
- Strong skills in managing and organizing spreadsheets.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
