We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-time Program Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania. This role involves providing essential administrative support to academic programs, ensuring smooth coordination of events and schedules. As a long-term contract position, this opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking stability and a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Associate Dean and faculty members.
  • Organize and manage logistics for lecture series, luncheons, and other program events.
  • Coordinate calendars and schedules for the Associate Dean and various committees.
  • Arrange meeting spaces, travel accommodations, and catering services as required.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives related to academic programs.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets to track program data and schedules.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to support the overall functioning of the department.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in higher education is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience required.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools is essential.
  • Strong skills in managing and organizing spreadsheets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving priorities.
