Job descriptionProvide direct sourcing support for positions in the Americas region Schedule phone, video and face-to-face interviews for hiring managers Assist TA Manager with global strategic initiatives based around the transformation and implementation of recruiting technology and process Phone screens Assist with onboarding process 1-3 years of direct recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment Strong written and verbal communication Positive, can-do attitude Structured approach to achieving business objectives Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefits State of the Art Open Concept Working Environment Collaborative and Motivated Team Onsite Gym Great Location in Boston's Seaport District
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Position Summary : This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Americas' open positions, scheduling phone, video and face-to-face interviews, overall recruiting support through global transformation initiatives, and conducting phone screens as the position develops. This is a great way to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up.
