American Traveler is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist experienced with GE CT scanners, Cerner, or Fuji PACS for a night shift position at a Level I trauma and stroke center.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in a fast-paced CT department of an acute care, Level I trauma and stroke center
  • Work with 2 GE 128-slice CT scanners
  • Shift schedule includes a combination of 12-hour shifts (6 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM) and 8-hour shifts (10 : 30 PM – 7 : 00 AM), Monday through Thursday
  • Every other weekend coverage is required
  • No call or floating requirements
  • Blocked scheduling is provided
  • Uses Cerner EMR and Fuji PACS systems
  • First-time travelers considered if they meet experience requirements
  • Scrub color required is Caribbean Blue
  • Parking is free for travelers
  • No restrictions on requested time off
  • Two professional references needed for consideration

    • Requirements

  • Current BLS and ARRT (R) certifications required
  • Valid WV state license required to start; pending license accepted if obtained by the start date (license required if applicable)
  • Minimum of 2 years CT experience preferred
  • Prior experience with GE CT scanners, Cerner EMR, or Fuji PACS required
  • Experience in Level I trauma setting preferred
