Job description

Coverage Needed

  • Start Date : October 17, 2025, at 12 : 00 p.m.
  • End Date : October 20, 2025, at 7 : 00 a.m.
  • Schedule : Full coverage required for the entire period

Clinical Details

  • Work Setting : Inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage
  • Patient Volume : 25 patients per day in clinic, up to 8 elective surgical cases per day
  • Call : Solo call coverage, nights and weekends
  • Procedures : Upper and lower scopes, gall bladder removal, appendix removal, food bolus, bowel obstruction, hernia repair
  • Consults and procedures in the emergency department
  • ICU and critical care duties as needed
  • EMR : EPIC

    • Requirements

  • Board Certified or eligible in General Surgery
  • License : North Carolina license
  • BLS
  • Experience : Five years of general surgery experience preferred
