Job description

We're Hiring : Primary Therapist / Clinical Director (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy D, or PHP)

Location : Scottsdale, AZ

Redefine Wellness & Treatment is growing, and we're actively seeking a skilled and heart-centered Primary Therapist  to join our integrative, trauma-informed team.

This is not your typical clinic environment. We combine clinical excellence with neuroscience, somatic therapies, and holistic wellness. Our clients are often high-functioning professionals seeking deep, transformational work around trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of engaged clients
  • Facilitate both process and psychoeducational groups
  • Maintain clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team (neurofeedback, psychiatry, wellness)

Position Details

  • Full-time, in-person
  • $75-100k annual salary
  • 2 weeks paid vacation + 1 week sick leave + 7 paid holidays (PTO eligible after vesting)
  • 401(k) option
  • Partial health insurance coverage once group plan is established
  • Potential growth path into a Clinical Manager role

  • Fully licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
  • Grounded in trauma-informed care
  • Organized, compassionate, and collaborative
  • Bonus if trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, or somatic therapy
